    MS, PT, DPT, Team Lead

I am Adrienne Carlson, MS, PT, DPT, and I received a Master of Science in Exercise and Sport Psychology from the University of Montana and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. My background spans chronic pain, post-surgical, and sports rehabilitation, but I am particularly passionate about pelvic floor and pelvic health. I specialize in treating a broad spectrum of conditions, including urinary and fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, urinary urgency and frequency, constipation, pelvic pain, endometriosis, interstitial cystitis, pre and postpartum care, and surgery recovery.

Currently, I serve as an adjunct professor at Pacific University and National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). I am dedicated to educating future generations of healthcare professionals, especially in the field of pelvic floor care. As an Outcare affirming provider, I am committed to offering inclusive and affirming care to all individuals, regardless of gender identity or expression.

With a compassionate and skilled approach, I tailor treatment plans to each individual's needs, integrating a variety of techniques, including manual therapy, strength training with an emphasis on proper body mechanics and posture, and regulation of the autonomic nervous system. By combining these approaches, I strive to optimize patient outcomes and enhance overall well-being.

In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, backpacking, snowboarding, and running with my husband and daughter. These pursuits not only foster my love for nature but also underscore my commitment to leading an active and balanced lifestyle.

  • Laura Perri (She/Her)

    PT, DPT, Clinical Manager

Hello! I'm Laura Perri, DPT, and I am very excited to join the team here at Vibrancy Pelvic Health. I grew up in New York where I received my bachelor's degree in Integrative Neuroscience, and went on to receive my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The George Washington University in Washington, D.C. Since then I have taken numerous continuing education courses through Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, through which I have strengthened my skills in assessing and treating pelvic floor dysfunction.

My primary goal is to create a safe and comfortable environment where patients can openly discuss their concerns. I have experience working with individuals of all genders and addressing a wide range of pelvic floor conditions. I believe in treating the whole person, not just the symptoms, and I seek to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's unique needs. I look forward to being able to work with you to achieve your pelvic health goals!

Hey y’all! I’m Elvie Howard, a passionate pelvic floor occupational therapist bringing a bit of Kentucky charm to Portland, and to Vibrancy. I have a Masters in Occupational Therapy from Eastern Kentucky University, my journey has been one of learning, growth, and an eager pursuit of helping individuals attain holistic wellness.

My work centers around fostering a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can embark on their healing journey with comfort and confidence. As a member of the LGBTQ community, I’m particularly excited about providing a caring space for queer clients. It’s my firm belief that empowerment and growth flourish best in an atmosphere of empathy and understanding.

Beyond the clinic’s walls, you’ll find me cozied up in warm, inviting spaces crocheting, or out in the world, embracing the joys of bike-packing and indoor rock climbing. So, let’s connect and work together to devise a plan that best supports your pelvic floor, ensuring safety and ease in your favorite activities!

  • Rebecca Slape (She/Her)

    PT, DPT

Hi, I’m Rebecca Slape, DPT, and I developed a passion for pelvic health while working within skilled nursing facilities, experiencing how much incontinence impacts plan of care, discharge options and continuing support needs for older adults. The frequent response to a pelvic floor therapy referral of, ‘this is just how it is,’ highlighted the need for increased awareness around pelvic health and rehabilitation.

I focus on fostering a therapeutic alliance with my patients, and give them the tools they need to manage their pelvic health long after discharge from therapy. I have studied with Herman and Wallace, and taken further continuing education courses focusing on yoga for pelvic pain and myofascial mobilization. In addition to my love of working with older adults, and also have areas of interest in LGBTQ+ needs, pelvic pain, and chronic bowel disorders.

  • Jade Jette, PT, DPT

I’m Jade Jette, DPT, a compassionate pelvic floor therapist from Gresham, Oregon, excited to guide you on your journey to wellness.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Exercise and Sport Science from Concordia University in Southern California, where I played collegiate water polo and spent my weekends at the beach. I received my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Regis University in Denver, and postdoctoral education in pelvic health from the American Physical Therapy Association.

Now I am happy to be back in Oregon, continuing to grow alongside you, as we get you back to doing the things you love. Every day in the clinic, I strive to provide excellent, evidence-based care. Outside the clinic, you can still find me playing water polo and heading to the coast every chance I get.

Although I enjoy treating all orthopedic and pelvic floor conditions, as a lifelong athlete I have a special interest in strengthening the core and pelvis to allow safe return to sport, whether you are a high-level athlete or a recreational pickle ball player. As an exercise and recovery specialist, my purpose is to empower and heal through movement.
